We provide a reasonable number of revisions as part of our standard service offerings. Minor changes within the agreed scope are included. Any significant changes or deviations from the original project specifications may be treated as additional work and charged accordingly.
A project typically requires an advance payment before work begins. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, 50% of the total project cost is payable upfront, with the remaining balance due upon project completion.
Advance payments are generally non-refundable, as resources, time, domain registrations, hosting arrangements, and planning are allocated upon project initiation. Refunds, if any, are subject to the stage of completion and the specific terms agreed for the project.
Project timelines and delivery estimates depend on timely input, approvals, and content from the Client. The Client agrees to appoint a single point of contact to ensure smooth communication and efficient progress. Delays in feedback or content submission may impact delivery schedules.
Payments are due as per the milestones outlined in the project proposal or agreement. Invoices must be settled within the agreed timeframe. Delayed payments may result in project pauses or suspension of services until outstanding balances are cleared.
If your project involves e-commerce functionality, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, taxes, and consumer protection requirements. We are not responsible for legal compliance related to your products, services, or transactions.
While we strive to deliver high-quality services, Webkila shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, to the extent permitted by law.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of Webkila.com or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Clients are encouraged to review this page periodically.
